UC L3 Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams, SBC, SIP) – Train in Microsoft Security, Dynamics Contact Centre! A UC L3 Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams, SBC, SIP) is required by a leading Microsoft Partner and Teams Voice Managed Services provider. Work on enterprise Teams Telephony & Contact Centre solutions in a collaborative, remote-first environment. Required Experience: · L3 support in Microsoft Teams Voice (enterprise telephony & contact centre). · Session Border Controllers (SBCs) – Audiocodes & Ribbon. · Teams Direct Routing & SIP. · SIP trunking & troubleshooting. · (Nice to have) Neumonix voice recording experience. As a UC L3 Support Engineer, you will manage L3 escalations via ServiceNow, troubleshoot Teams Voice and AV issues, and collaborate with customers and vendors on solutions. You will also handle escalations to L4 when required and onboard new customers to Teams Telephony. Why Join?
