Assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Ensuring high clinical standards and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Managing operating lists, staff skills, and equipment. Maintaining equipment and contributing to budget management. Training and orientating new staff, including bank, agency, and students.
