Job Description
Our client being a Liability Loss Adjuster is looking to hire 2 people for both Leeds and SW England locations.\\n\\nDuties include: Engaging in the handling and investigation of claims pursued/submitted in relation to the following classes of business: Employers Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, Products Liability Insurance, Contractors All Risks Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, First Party,\\n\\nTo record their billable time accurately and in accordance with agreed targets set by their Line Manager.\\n\\nConsideration and understanding of policy cover/principals of indemnity.\\n\\nArrange appointments as required, to facilitate the completion of all necessary enquiries relative to both Policy and Legal Liability.\\n\\nInterviewing all relevant witnesses in anticipation of the preparation of witness statements as appropriate.\\n\\nPreparation of Investigation Reports in accordance with KLAL/client templates. The report will set out our findings relative to the evidence collated and will detail our factual evidence and recommendations relative to both legal and policy liability.\\n\\nAchieving settlement or defending claims on the most favourable terms.\\n\\nEssential is a Driving license for this field-based position and must have excellent Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).\\n\\nBenefits include: 30 days holiday, generous pension, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, car allowance, Group Income Protection
