A great opportunity to work for this small independent TMC in Surrey , as a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will be managing a variety of corporate travel requests from your clients, overseeing the process from start to finish. The senior travel consultant specializes in planning, conducting and offering trips to established and potential clients. Duties Manage flight, car hire and hotel bookings for groups and individuals. Possess the ability to creatively ticket bookings to get the best fare Work to agreed company standards and client SLA's Respond to all nature of client enquiries in a polite and efficient manner Check availability, negotiate suitable rates and advise of any special requirements. Ensure all changed or cancelled travel arrangements are re-issued, cancelled and refunded as per company standard. Excellent customer service experience with the ability to build a natural rapport with key clients Confident in all areas of using the SABRE CRS, including building and maintaining client profiles, special needs, frequent traveller memberships, reissues and manual fare builds.
