We are working with an exciting award-winning start-up Insurtech company and looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to be at the heart of strategic decision-making and product development. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and help shape the company roadmap. This role is ideal for an experienced Insurance Technology Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data, user feedback, and business insights to drive digital transformation in the insurance space.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Working closely with stakeholders to understand specific needs for each client technology solution
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for products, features, and enhancements
- Analyse data to uncover insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations that support our product and business goals
