QA Manager – Fresh Produce Centre, Paddock Wood

Are you an experienced QA Manager ready for a fresh challenge?

Our client is looking for a QA Manager to join their dynamic team at their brand new fresh produce facility where you will lead the charge in quality assurance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the QA team, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to uphold top-notch quality standards.
  • Oversee key quality processes, tackle challenges, and drive improvements to keep the site always "Audit Ready."
  • Manage the site label room and ensure all packaging meets compliance standards.
  • Foster effective communication between QA and operations teams, sharing updates, solving issues, and monitoring quality KPIs.
