Job Role: Premises Manager Location: Purley Job Type: Full-Time Role Pay: £15-£19 per hour Start Date: January 2025 Are you a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for maintaining safe and welcoming environments? We are seeking aPremises manager to work in a SEND Primary School based in Purley. The role is full time, all year round and starting in the new year. The school are looking for somebody to manage the premises and drive the school minibus. Keep reading to see more detail. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds. Performing and overseeing general maintenance and repairs. Supporting with setting up facilities for school events. Managing deliveries and school resources. Conducting routine health and safety checks. Requirements: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role in a School. Must have a minibus drivers license to drive the students to swimming lessons. A proactive and flexible approach to work. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Willingness to undertake a DBS check. Shift pattern between 6am-6pm, working 7 hours. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (£15-£19 per hour). Full-time hours, starting in January 2025.
