Legal Operations Advisory Manager

My client is looking for a highly skilled professional, who will advise senior individuals within corporate legal functions across all aspects of the legal operating model. You will be able to lead in managing project teams of Senior Analysts and Analysts, acting as the day-to-day lead on client engagements, overseeing project scoping, planning and execution of high-quality deliverables. Support the growth and development of legal operations advisory sales activity through both internal and external pipeline.

• Proactively identify, develop and own client-facing solutions and tools, pursue research projects, and continue to monitor and analyse key operational trends
• Contribute towards delivering the overarching legal operations advisory strategy and vision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing consultative projects across the full lifecycle of delivery (including assessment, design and implementation).
• Strong understanding of the principles of operating models and their usage.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge of:

• Creating business-aligned functional strategies.
• Operating model assessment, design and transformation.
• Process enhancement with related enabling technologies.
• Sourcing and resourcing strategies.

• Legal technology strategy and roadmap creation.
• Highly proficient in handling data and presenting insights, complemented by excellent data visualisation and storytelling skills (including strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio).
• Solid understanding of the legal technology landscape.
• Relevant certifications such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Kaizen Professional (CKP) are desirable.
• Highly experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships, adapting to diverse audience types and delivering tailored proposals and deliverables.
• Proven ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends and develop strategies to generate leads and build a robust client pipeline.
