As The Revelyst Instore Merchandiser you ensure the Brands presentation instore with our Core & Pro account network in the UK and Ireland.
Setting up and refreshing ‘Shop In Shop’ and ‘Store Customizations’, doing instore product clinics and merchandising, supporting local BIKE & POWERSPORTS events, and actively contributing to a successful in ‘Sell In’ and ‘Sell Out’ will be your main tasks in this role. Travelling your territory will be 90% of your time – the key of success will be managing your tasks and schedule in the most efficient way.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Execute the Trade Marketing strategy according to the global plan
· Execute and drive all the local ‘Shop in Shop’, ‘Store Customizations’ and POP processes and installations.
· Transform the Visual Merchandising and instore product clinics in strategic and important BIKE & POWERSPORTS stores
· Support ‘Sell Out’ initiatives and convert ‘Re-Order’ business
· Implement instore events, local events, test events and assist in European Events (MXGPs, DH WC Events, Tradeshows etc…) or Road Show activities in your territory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· A passion about the sports Revelyst is representing.
· Hands-on mentality and skillset
· Experience in Retail, Inside Sales/Customer Service or Field Sales is a plus.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and work independent with a proficiency in working towards tight deadlines
· Managing your own time schedules and accepting special working times
· Strong communication skills and ability to interface at all levels
· Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
· Full clean UK driver’s license
