MISSION
Working closely with the Market Leader Northern Europe with responsibility for the development, reactivation, and retention with the aim of encouraging clients to make us the first choice of supplier.
Includes new business, account management and close relationships with travel professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frequent targeted interaction to existing, new & recovery clients.
- Build lasting relationships.
- Work towards sales targets individually and as a team.
- Develop sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Close follow up of clients from registration to booking.
- Visit planning using sales data.
- Attend key events in UK markets.
- Take part in training events in person & virtually.
- Feedback to Market Leader any improvements and propose actions.
- Creation of new clients.
- Assist clients with day-to-day support including Operational, Marketing, Financial & Technical.
- Provide weekly reports.
- Update CRM system daily.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Candidates should ideally have at least three years\’ sales experience in the travel sector. Excellent commercial relationship experience may substitute for less than 3 years experience.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry.
- You are goal and results oriented.
- Understanding of technology and online distribution.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills at all levels.
- Resourceful, well-organised and able to work alone.
- Energetic, dynamic and motivated.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft and able to understand certain technical tools.
