They deliver flexible and scalable solutions across diverse sectors, including educational settings, healthcare, corporate estate management, warehouse/distribution, retail parks, and more. Job Summary: We are looking for professional and responsible Dog Handlers to join our team. Handlers will play a critical role in site patrols, ensuring safety and security while adhering to the highest standards of care and compliance. Candidates must be equipped with the correct cages, equipment, and vehicles that meet British Standards and possess NASDU Level 2 certification (or equivalent). Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular patrols on-site to ensure safety and security. * Complete comprehensive patrol reports, including incident and observation reports, accurately and promptly. * Communicate effectively with the Control Room using clear, fluent spoken English via communication devices. * Ensure that vehicles are fully equipped for the welfare of both handler and dog during shifts, including appropriate facilities for rest, hydration, and safety. * Maintain up-to-date training in Counter Terrorism (CT) and ensure all dog certification records are current and compliant. * Use and maintain familiarity with the company's ST App for reporting and other operational requirements. * Relocate to different site locations as required when assignments change or sites close. Qualifications and Requirements: * NASDU Level 2 certification or equivalent is mandatory. * All vehicles and equipment must meet British Standards. * Ability to handle patrol and incident reporting tasks with high attention to detail. * Proficient in using communication devices and applications, including smartphones, to coordinate with the Control Room. * Commitment to the welfare of both handler and dog, ensuring proper care and compliance at all times. * Flexibility to move between different site locations as operational needs dictate. * Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
