You will enjoy working as part of a friendly team, be confident speaking to customers over the phone and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Main Duties Inbound/outbound customer service calls Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints Corresponding with customers over the phone via telephone and emails Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement Dealing with after sale queries and issues Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication Data entry into the in-house system Knowledge and Skills Call centre or non-customer-facing customer service experience essential An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal. Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles Able to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.
