Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Building Innovation Designer to work on the development of cutting-edge construction solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is newly qualified or has some experience in architectural design and is eager to contribute to innovative construction projects.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing innovative architectural systems, producing detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with other designers and construction firms to bring projects to life. Location: Dover, Kent,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative building designs and solutions using cutting-edge materials.
- Collaborate with architects and construction firms on large-scale building projects.
- Produce precise technical drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with UK Building and Planning Regulations and technical standards.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise technical drawings.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Confident in applying math to technical designs.
