We take the most complex problems in behavioural science and build tailor-made solutions that create beneficial outcomes. We start with deep data analysis to understand our employees, their objectives, and any issues they might have. Then we use quantitative and qualitative research, statistics, and advanced machine learning algorithms to deliver the best possible results for Revolut and Revoluters. We experiment, iterate, and build empirically-sound, science-backed solutions, using the most advanced methods and techniques. Responsibilities Leading and supporting the development of innovative and scientific strategies for people research, pre-employment assessment, employee listening, and recruitment Collaborating with the People team on initiatives that increase performance and reduce attrition, while driving employee engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction Delivering real impact to Revolut’s culture in collaboration with the Culture Lab Developing data-driven solutions that double down on Revolut’s commitment to diversity and inclusion Requirements 3–5 years of experience in applied behavioural science, people science, or similar Great skills with Python or R, plus intermediate SQL skills End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, execution, analysis, and reporting) Advanced statistics and quantitative research skills (t-tests, ANOVA, EFA/CFA/PCA, linear and logistic regression, RWA, etc.) Nice to have Experience with psychometrics and/or assessment design Experience with employee listening/engagement surveys Experience with forecasting and machine learning models, such as K-Means, XGBoost, KNN, Random Forests, and ARIMA Familiarity with qualitative research techniques Additional Information Compensation range US: $146,700 – $196,000 gross annually* Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
