About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to work within our growing Marketing Team and will play an instrumental role in all aspects of customer marketing and acquisitions, planning and execution across the organisation. Zzoomm is a fast paced and results orientated full fibre broadband provider, and the marketing team are crucial in supporting this.
As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the Customer and Acquisition Leads with a varied portfolio of work including but not limited to content creation, copywriting, sending EMs/DMs/SMS, PR and media, advertising, and data analysis. You will also play a hands‑on role in delivering the customer lifecycle marketing strategy at Zzoomm, supporting in executing campaigns and initiatives that retain customers, deepen relationships, and drive organic growth across broadband, TV and more. Job Requirements
- Experience of producing and reporting on email campaigns
- Strong skills and experience managing customer data
- Strong analytical skills to allow for informed data driven decisions
- Excellent punctuation, spelling, grammar with a flair for creative writing and attention to detail
- Expert understanding of your areas of competence
- Highly organised with experience of balancing multiple projects
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with initiative and creativity
- CIM qualified or working towards CIM qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or customer‑facing role
- Previous experience working in a marketing team or customer‑facing team within a consumer or subscription‑based business environment
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within a similar full fibre broadband company in any capacity would be advantageous
Our Marketing teams' work style is hybrid, which involves spending time at one of our offices several times a month, you would be required to travel if you are successful in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as Marketing Executive will include the following:
- Acquisition: Deliver marketing campaigns to support customer growth. Work with multiple agencies and advertising platforms to optimise, influence, and obtain the strongest value and best outcomes for Zzoomm, while maintaining attention to detail and governance. Contribute to the acquisition strategy by identifying and proposing new insights. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create and deliver the marketing plan. Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practices across the wider marketing team.
- Customer Marketing: Support the planning and delivery of the Customer Lifecycle Management marketing plan, focusing on retention and loyalty activity across broadband, mobile, TV and future propositions. Execute end‑to‑end customer marketing campaigns, from briefing through to deployment, measurement and optimisation. Coordinate activity across customer segments, products and channels to deliver a joined‑up, customer‑first experience. Work collaboratively with data, creative, product and retention teams to develop compelling, insight‑led communications and journeys. Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation across the customer lifecycle, supporting testing and experimentation of new engagement models. Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates on retention and loyalty metrics with actionable recommendations. Help manage the customer marketing calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely delivery of activity. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the customer base, propositions and competitive landscape to inform campaign decisions. Monitor the success of all email communications through systematic testing and reporting, making recommendations to the Customer Marketing Lead and wider team of improvements.
