Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on Website Strategy to help position ZZAZZ's brand and products across our web presence. This role bridges product understanding, storytelling, and execution—turning our vision into compelling, high-converting online experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure our website reflects our innovation, educates our audiences, and drives user activation.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the marketing website strategy — messaging, structure, and user flows.
- Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate complex product features into clear, benefits-driven narratives.
- Build and manage content plans (homepage, product pages, use cases, FAQs) that speak to multiple audiences—publishers, creators, brands, and partners.
- Understand how product-led growth businesses position themselves through storytelling and digital journeys.
- Work closely with dev/design to launch and iterate website features (e.g., pricing pages, launch updates, demo flows).
- Track and optimize conversion funnels and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
Requirements
- ~3–6 years of experience in product marketing or web/digital marketing for SaaS or product-first companies.
- ~ Strong grasp of positioning, narrative building, and value-based communication.
- ~ Understanding of how modern websites are structured and built (CMS, responsive design, SEO principles).
- ~ Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
- ~ Excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills.
- ~ Bonus: Experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or early-stage startups.
Why Join ZZAZZ?
- Be part of a category-defining company building the first pricing layer for the internet.
- Work on a product with direct global impact across media, AI, advertising, and knowledge commerce.
- Collaborate with passionate builders and thinkers pushing the boundaries of how the web works.
