The role:
Based from our Darlington office and reporting to the Senior Amazon National Account Manager, you will be a key contact for the Demand Planning team and ensuring full transparency of the Amazon business across the organisation. You will be responsible for reporting Amazon metrics, maintaining a rolling Amazon forecast and minimizing issues and penalties with Amazon.
Day to Day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing Amazon forecasts to Demand team for the UK and Europe. Highlighting any missed demand and help with forecast queries to optimise stock availability in the Amazon Warehouse (AM), Zyrofisher Warehouse (W1) and RVF warehouse.
- Monitoring availability on Amazon in the UK and Europe to maximise sales opportunities. Work closely with demand and the warehouse to assist with timely deliveries to Amazon fulfilment centres as well as minimise Amazon order cancellations (Perfect Inbound delivery reports).
- Generating new product listings by collaborating with the Brand Management Team to ensure all new line‑forms are created and submitted on time.
- Responsible for setting up ASINs and prices across UK and Europe. Ensuring old ASINs are regularly removed to prevent Amazon placing orders and reducing Vendor Confirmation Rate (VCR).
- Compiling weekly and monthly dashboards for the Amazon Team, working with them to capture narrative and share with the relevant stakeholders across the business.
- Working with Finance and the Amazon Team to monitor Amazon penalties and develop a plan to fix preventing additional future costs.
