We are seeking a Coordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise. You will play a pivotal role on the team being responsible for the coordination of contracts of all licensed content working with our many Licensors.

Working closely with the Licensing Manager you will play an important role in the successful release of licensed content coordinating the contract process to the hundreds of external Licensors for all content appearing in our games. This role ensures that all contracts are processed including; draft preparation, review of key terms, submitting for internal review, processing of payments and the handling of any additional terms (COI, PLI etc.) and all tracking through dashboards reporting to appropriate teams.

You will be flexible, highly motivated, and conscientious in a role that will see you moving forward the licensed content for the racing games. Your keen eye for detail will allow you to identify contractual risks or dependencies, communicating to the Licensing Manager where issues may emerge.

What You'll Do:

  • Contracts (inbound): Receipt of agreements from Licensing Manager and their processing including initial review, communication of high-level terms to the Licensing Manager. Submission of contract for internal legal review. Tracking of license progress managing review process ensuring all contracts are moved along keeping track of priorities.
  • Contracts (outbound): The preparation of contract drafts from templates for the Licensing Manager. Submission of drafts for legal review. Coordination of contract review process ensuring all contracts are progressed in a timely manner managing priorities and flagging any delays.
  • Contractual Obligations: Accountable for applicable communication and delivery of contractual requirements contained within agreements from licensors. These may include legal notice communication to the development team and providing valid insurances to the licensor. Onboarding Licensors for payment, handling and processing of invoices including raising purchase orders when required.
  • Reporting: Responsible for the data entry and tracking of all contract statuses to stakeholders using automated workflows. Update release tracking from the development team and share any potential risks to the License Manager for mitigation. Report updates weekly to the development team.
  • Team Collaboration: Working in the Licensing and Partnerships team supporting the CSR Racing Franchise this role reports to the Licensing Manager. This role works closely with the vehicle content team and is the bridge to third‑party Licensors managing the approval process.
