Position Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead complex projects, craft scalable software solutions, and mentor junior engineers. You will ensure that software meets high standards of quality, performance and security.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and implement game features that align with the overall game design.
- Optimize existing game engines to improve performance and scalability.
- Coordinate with other team leads to synchronize development processes.
- Review and produce code and technical design documents for peers to ensure high standards.
- Build and enforce coding standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrate competence in navigating the organization to connect with relevant individuals and resources.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in C# with essential knowledge of Unity.
- Strong experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Analyze product code and propose improvement solutions for better performance.
