NaturalMotion is seeking an intrinsically motivated and aspiring Product Manager to be a core part of the CSR Racing 3 team. This is a role for a high-potential individual who is eager to dive deep into the day-to-day operations and growth of a successful mobile title. You will gain essential, hands-on experience by directly influencing the live game—from injecting a creative spark into new event design to rigorously testing new features and managing the development backlog. You will be the crucial link, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans for our cross-functional teams (Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Art).

Responsibilities
- Feature & Mechanic Design: Design features and game mechanics that deepen engagement and keep players coming back.
- Specifications & User Flows: Create clear specs and user flows for gameplay improvements and events. Ensure that every new “Surprise and Delight” moment is intuitive and frictionless for the player.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Art teams to deliver compelling, high-impact updates. Translate roadmap into technical requirements the team can execute.
- Data-Led Optimization: Monitor in-game performance, run A/B tests, and derive actionable insights to achieve business goals.
- Backlog & Priority Management: Own and manage the backlog for Live Ops features. Define priorities for the development team, ensuring we deliver on KPIs and meet Live Ops Calendar deadlines.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor moves in mobile gaming and provide regular market teardowns to keep CSR Racing 3 at the cutting edge.
- Live Integrity: Ensure seasons and events are configured correctly, well balanced, and engaging for players.
Desired Experience & Skills
- F2P Experience: 2+ years in mobile Product Management
- Tactical Execution: Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable specs and user stories.
- Analytical Fluency: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into design changes. Proficiency in SQL or similar data tools is a plus.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in a “Pod” or “Feature Team” structure, with a knack for motivating artists, designers & engineers.
- Agile Proficiency: Experienced at managing backlogs in Jira or similar tools, with sprint planning and ROI-based prioritization.
- Passion for Racing: Love for the CSR franchise or wider racing/collection genre is desirable.
We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role you will work 3 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
