As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will handle the design of complex user interfaces from ideation phase to implementation in engine and ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute UI/UX design process within the team, overseeing all phases from concept to delivery.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance on their projects.
- Evaluate and resolve UX challenges, utilizing an iterative design process.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Integrate insights from player studies and analytics to guide design decisions.
- Constantly creating high-quality UI visuals and managing assets in Unity.
- Demonstrate work estimation and tracking of time.
- Figma & Adobe Illustrator knowledge.
- Animation and visual effects skills.
- Experience working with other UI/UX artists from different levels.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback.
- Knowledge on different methods of play-testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Advanced knowledge of design principles and user-centered design processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex design projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Unity UI implementation.
- Understanding of how 3D assets integrate into game environments.
