Job Purpose: As the Lead HRBP you will be an experienced, strategic minded partner who works directly with the Gram Games senior leadership team. The role is accountable for all aspects of the employee experience, as well as leading HR initiatives at a local level and participating in those at an enterprise level. The ability to influence and tackle organisational changes and challenges is key, as well as having deep business acumen and advanced problem solving skills. Reporting to the Vice President, HRBP, you’ll partner closely with our Workplace Services, Business Operations and central Corporate teams in support of the Gram Games studio. At Gram we embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
- Act as trusted advisor for our senior leadership team, providing thought leadership and direction in every phase of the employee lifecycle.
- Own the people roadmap and strategy for Gram Games, ensuring it aligns with the business as well as the global HR strategy, and moves us towards continued growth, speed, innovation and improvement.
- Partner and collaborate with various COE functions such as Compensation, Benefits, HR Ops, Global Mobility, Employment Legal, Payroll, Talent Development and all other allied teams in order to deliver a unified, first class employee experience.
- Partner and coordinate on integration efforts with our parent company Take Two as needed.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, Business Operations and teams across Zynga and Take Two to support successful and effective roll out or evolution of processes and policies.
- Ensure we create an incredible hybrid working environment where people can collaborate and do their best work.
- Monitor internal people systems and databases - conduct periodic data audits and reviews of processes to continuously improve the quality of data.
- Utilise surveys (annual and pulse) and other people data and analytics to make recommendations for new interventions and projects, which may include collaboration with other HRBPs globally.
- Work with Employment Legal to ensure we always remain compliant.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Human Resources at a Lead/Senior level, with some of that being specifically in Business Partnering, in a global/matrix environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to connect and provide support at all levels within the organization, and effectively influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, distributed HR teams.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data‑driven analysis related to HR/People, and understanding the significance of data hygiene.
- Previous experience in the gaming or tech industry.
- Previous experience managing and developing people, and equally proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional stakeholders without direct management authority.
