Position Overview: We are seeking a Manager, Brand Campaign to join our expanding Brand Central business unit. We are looking for a tenacious and proactive manager focused on delivering Brand campaigns across Paid Brand Media across an ever evolving gaming portfolio whilst supporting co‑promotional partnerships - driving both brand equity and player growth through integrated, creative, and measurable campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Brand Media Strategy & Vision (Primary Focus)
- Partner with Brand Strategy Lead to define upper‑and‑mid‑funnel brand media strategy across portfolio titles.
- Collaborate with UA leadership to ensure brand media efforts complement and support lower‑funnel performance initiatives.
- Support Consumer Insights initiatives, including testing frameworks, brief development, and content delivery.
- Identify opportunities to evolve brand storytelling and media approaches across platforms and markets.
- Brand Media Campaign Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Own end‑to‑end execution of paid Brand Media campaigns, including briefing, timelines, approvals, launch readiness, and post‑campaign reporting.
- Lead day‑to‑day brand media planning with a hybrid model, working across media agencies and direct platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Brand Studio, UA, Influencer, Creative, Product Marketing, and Live Ops teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact with Business Operations for POs, NDAs, and key legal workflows (e.g., new agency onboarding).
- Ensure all media activity aligns with brand positioning, creative standards, and player experience expectations.
- Brand Promotional Activations Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support in executing large‑scale brand co‑promotions, including in‑game, social, paid, and owned‑channel activations.
- Assist with co‑promotional partnerships, ensuring strong integration with broader brand media efforts.
- Contribute to ideation and execution of new activation or integration opportunities across the portfolio.
- Agency & Partner Management
- Act as lead point of contact for brand media agencies, briefing and refining proposals in alignment with leadership priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and platform partners.
- Maintain and update Portfolio Games’ Brand Partnership Guidelines and ensure brand safety compliance across campaigns.
- Measurement, Reporting & Impact
- Define clear KPIs aligned to campaign objectives; monitor performance and optimize against results.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to ensure tracking readiness (e.g., brand lift studies, in‑game surveys, tracking tools).
- Deliver post‑campaign reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to inform future brand investments.
- Knowledge Sharing & Team Contribution
- Support Leads with internal quarterly updates across the Brand Central division.
- Contribute to the development of a monthly industry news and trends newsletter.
- Proactively surface relevant industry changes, platform updates, and emerging marketing trends.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in general Brand Management or Integrated Marketing
- Proven experience leading high‑impact brand media campaigns, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech
- Strong understanding of upper‑and‑mid‑funnel marketing and how it supports performance outcomes
- Experience collaborating with agencies, platform partners, and cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with co‑marketing partnerships and influencer marketing, or a strong willingness to expand in these areas
- Understanding of mobile gaming audiences and free‑to‑play business models
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excellent communication, presentation (slide decks), and project management skills
