Responsibilities:
- Manage licensing and approval status from licensors to be included in upcoming releases, marketing and campaigns including reporting feedback to the licensing team.
- Identify and capture any potential risks from internal teams or licensors to the licensing manager.
- Responsible for the submission and approval of all assets for the racing games across the game and organic and paid marketing channels.
- Track and triage licensor feedback, coordinating and collaborating with all parties to ensure alignment.
- Manage submission risks, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to mitigate feedback.
- Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process.
- Highlight potential risks associated with IP assets.
- Maintain documentation for best practice.
Team Collaboration:
Working in the Licensing and Partnerships team supporting the CSR Racing Franchise, this role reports to the Vehicle Licensing Manager. This role works closely with the vehicle content team and is the bridge to third-party Licensors managing the approval process.

- Software Knowledge: AirTable, JIRA, 1Password, Google Suite, Confluence, Photoshop experience.
