We are looking for a versatile Senior Localization Producer with strong experience in MT/LLM-enabled workflows to join our International Production Team, working from either our London or Barcelona offices. As part of our global team spanning multiple studio locations, you will champion localization and culturalization for assigned games and central projects, and help drive our global localization strategies and objectives at department level, especially around MT and LLM integrations. You will act as a thought partner to game and central tools teams, help solve complex localization problems, and lead the charge in utilizing and maintaining AI-enabled workflows at scale. If you’re a localization forward‑thinker, thrive in cross‑functional environments, and are passionate about delivering world‑class experiences to international players, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross‑team initiatives, MT/AI Integrations
    • Drive AI Integrations: Be a key contributor to our MT & AI localization initiatives. Help shape the roadmap and coordinate integration, maintenance and improvements with both external partners and internal teams.
    • Innovate Workflows: Proactively spot opportunities where new integrations with MT and LLM‑based tools, or automation can improve localization and LQA quality, efficiency, and scalability.
    • Define Global Standards: Lead initiatives across the team to define, track, and uphold Localization/LQA standards and performance KPIs. Stay current on industry trends and make pragmatic recommendations.
    • Champion Culturalization: Ensure development practices build in internationalization and a global mindset from the start, helping game teams see the value of excellent localization.
  • Assigned Games & Central Projects
    • Partner with Game Teams & Own the Localization Pipeline: Promote internationalization best practices, manage schedules, language requirements, project planning, translation and LQA execution, and overall international roadmaps for assigned new game launches and live service operations.
    • Manage Budgets: Establish, maintain, and track localization budgets at project level. Escalate overspending trends and implement action plans to optimize costs.
    • Drive LQA Strategy & Bug Resolution: Fully own the resolution of localization bugs. Track linguistic and internationalization issues cross‑functionally to ensure rapid, prioritized fixes. Apply learnings to the internationalization and translation stages to help reduce LQA issues from the outset.
    • Optimize Resources: Compile and consolidate comprehensive localization material to optimize translation and LQA vendor pre‑planning and delivery quality. Make informed decisions based on workload, scope, complexity and dependencies.
    • Execute Daily Releases: Oversee daily international releases and handle cross‑functional tasks with Game Studios as well as partner teams including Functional QA, Mobile Game Tech, Community, Publishing, and Marketing.
    • Build Trust: Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with game teams, studio leadership, central partners, and translation vendors. Influence stakeholders and gain buy‑in without formal authority.
    • Manage External Partners: Refine vendor processes, align expectations, set KPIs, and closely monitor inbound and outbound quality.
    • Mentor & Guide: Train and mentor other Producers. Guide diverse teams through the localization journey, acting as a subject matter expert for game teams, internal team members and other stakeholders.
    • Share Insights: Perform market analysis to guide language support and culturalization initiatives. Capture learnings and share solutions across the broader games portfolio.

What we’re looking for

  • Hands‑on enthusiasm: Passion for mobile gaming is a must!
  • Experience: 5+ years in localization production (project, program manager or producer) in a mobile/F2P studio/publishing environment.
  • Tech‑Forward Mindset: Demonstrated experience and strong aptitude for AI and technology‑driven localization workflows (e.g. MT, LLMs, automation).
  • Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the globalization industry, including localization, internationalization, LQA, and culturalization.
  • Project Management Skills: Highly autonomous and solutions‑oriented with the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and competing priorities.
  • Communication & Influence: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Able to challenge the status quo, adapt messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences, and collaborate across distributed global teams.
  • Analytical Abilities: Exceptional capability to extract insights from data, simplify complex problems, and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of Localization Text CMS and TMS tools, bug tracking software, and expert‑level skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
