In the New Games division, we move fast. We are looking for a brilliant Senior/Lead Product Manager who can lead new titles from initial concept through prototyping, soft launch, and global release. This is a role for a “mover and shaker” who thrives on discovery and turning abstract ideas into scalable realities.
Responsibilities- Own the product lifecycle for unreleased titles, helping define the vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan for new IPs.
- Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams to define core loops and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify trending mechanics and untapped opportunities in the mobile sector.
- Gather multidisciplinary requirements and write clear MRDs, PRDs, and UI/UX flows specifically tailored for early‑stage prototyping.
- Define A/B tests for early retention and monetization metrics; take full responsibility for analyzing early usage patterns to decide whether to “kill” or “pivot” a project.
- Expertly craft and balance in‑game economies for new titles, utilizing data‑driven insights to design high‑impact monetization features, seasonal event structures, and strategic feature integration that maximize ARPDAU while maintaining healthy long‑term player retention.
- Work closely with Production, Design, Art, and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and high‑quality execution during rapid development cycles.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming or related industry, with a proven track record of bringing new titles or significant new features to market.
- Goal‑oriented and highly motivated; you must be comfortable with the “fail fast” mentality inherent in new game development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from small, early‑stage data sets.
- An inventive thinker who can provide innovative solutions to the unique challenges of building a game from scratch.
- Proven ability to articulate a product vision and influence stakeholders across the Zynga & Take‑Two family.
In return for bringing your expertise to this top‑priority role, we offer some of the best benefits in the gaming industry!
- Highly competitive salary
- Private medical care
- Company bonus scheme
- Awesome onsite chef serving breakfast, lunch, and lots of treats (naughty and nice)
- Life insurance and a favourable pension scheme
- Healthcare cash plan including dental and optical coverage
- Amazing tech to work with and consoles to play and relax with everywhere you look!
