Senior Network Administrator (NATO Security Clearance) – €80k – Munich (Fully On-site) – 6016

They’re looking for a Senior Network Administrator to join an extremely long‑term project, in which you will have a chance to learn from the best and experience completing an exciting long‑term project, all whilst growing personally and professionally. You will also get to work with and teach your more junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- You will design, operate and troubleshoot secure enterprise networks.
- You will administer firewalls using FortiSuite (FortiManager, FortiGate, FortiAnalyser) and manage routing, switching (HP & Cisco) and network segmentation.
- You will configure and maintain network security controls, access policies and on‑prem connectivity.
- You will manage performance, stability, and fixes across wired, fibre and VoIP infrastructure.
- You will plan and deliver technical improvements while coordinating tasks through ticketing and formal change processes.
Required Skills
- You have C1+ English language skills and have/are eligible for NATO security clearance.
- You have 7+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
- You have strong knowledge of Fortinet products (FortiSuite, FortiManager, FortiGate, FortiAnalyser).
- You have experience working with HP and Cisco switches and routing technologies.
- You have knowledge of wired, fibre and VoIP infrastructure.
- You have hands‑on experience with VLANs, zoning, subnetting, interface configuration, port configuration, ACLs and clustering at an administrative level.
- You have experience writing clear and relevant technical documentation.
Desired Skills
- You have a relevant IT degree.
- You have knowledge of IMC and/or ClearPass.
