I’m working with a global industrial technology organisation operating at the heart of critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing. You will work in a highly regulated KRITIS environment where IT and OT security converge across complex, large-scale systems, and help to secure operations surrounding essential services, which the entire world feels the benefits of! Are you ready to improve resilience, governance, and protection of highly interconnected production and digital environments across Europe?

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IT/OT security governance in line with ISO27001 and IEC62443.
  • Manage NIS2 and KRITIS compliance across industrial environments.
  • Oversee risk management, audits, and security control frameworks (including BSI).
  • Support incident response and vulnerability management across IT and OT systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams across multiple sites.

Required Skills

  • German C1+ and strong English skills.
  • Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity within industrial or KRITIS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and KRITIS requirements.
  • Experience working with OT systems and industrial control environments.
  • Confidence engaging with technical and senior stakeholders.

Desired Skills

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
  • Experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz or similar German frameworks.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or smart factory environments.
