Responsibilities

  • You will manage and maintain UC4 / Broadcom Automic batch automation platforms.
  • You will administer MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols including SFTP and HTTPS.
  • You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise batch processing and transfer performance.
  • You will manage automation and MFT related IT projects from planning to delivery.
  • You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • You will maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls aligned with PCI DSS and FINMA.

Required Skills

  • You MUST have an EU/UK passport.
  • You MUST speak fluent (C1+) Italian and English.
  • You have experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise scheduling tools.
  • You have strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge.
  • You have knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transfer technologies.
  • You have experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, and managing IT projects.

  • You speak German.
  • You have experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • You have strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
