IT Security Consultant (Senior, Splunk)

I’m working closely with a company that provides specialist IT services/solutions in digital transformation and IT Security. Their experience allows them to deliver quick, reliable, and well-informed services to their broad range of clients in Germany.

Responsibilities

• You will take part in, or lead varied SIEM (Splunk) Infrastructure projects e.g. planning, designing, sizing, implementing, configuring, installing, architecture
• You will consult customers and support pre-sales tasks
• You will conceptualise and develop IT Security Solutions
• You will create dashboards and reports to display and develop security processes

Required

• You have C1+ German language skills
• You have 2+ years of SIEM (Splunk) project experience (any of the areas above)
• You have a solid background in IT Security – SOC, SIEM, incident response, forensics
• You have clear communication skills and some customer-facing experience
• You have background knowledge of network security (e.g. Firewalls)

Desired

• You also have C1+ English language skills
• You work in a structured manner and have experience leading projects
• You have knowledge of other SIEM technologies (e.g. CrowdStrike)
• You have experience mentoring/helping juniors
