I\’m working with a fast-growing, ambitious UK-based cybersecurity start-up on a mission to disrupt the industry, with a focus on building genuine client relationships and delivering value from the first call to final delivery.

Having experienced the downsides of traditional sales cultures, the team lead wants to do things differently, offering a different approach: no bureaucracy, no nonsense – just results, real mentorship, and real opportunities. You\’ll be part of something early, with real potential to carve out your own future.

Responsibilities:

  • You will generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts
  • You will be coached in real-time through prospecting calls and meetings
  • You will build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • You will learn the ropes of cybersecurity sales and grow into a full-cycle Account Director
  • You will strategically plan and manage your own pipeline
