Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff (Hybrid).
If you\’re someone who see\’s the \”fee\” as the by-product of building good relationships and doing the right thing even if it means missing out this is the role for you.
You\’ll be someone who is maybe missing a few things from your current role.
Maybe you can\’t experiment with your approach?
Maybe you\’re bored of recruiting for a specific niche and want to branch out a bit?

You\’ll be working with me, not for.
You\’ll challenge me, not say \”yes sir, 3 bags full, sir\”.
This will be a collaboration to make Zygo even more of a success this year and for someone (you?) to get the fruits of that labour too.
And, I promise to whoever does join me, I will do everything I can to help you grow and achieve what you need and want.
So, who will you be?
- You\’ll be an experience 360 consultant (3 years) or Senior Delivery Consultant who wants to branch into a 360 role (slowly).
- You\’ve been consistent in your billings
- You\’re in commutable distance to Cardiff as we will likely work together in Cardiff 2-3 days a week.
