You'll be someone who is maybe missing a few things from your current role.

- You'll be an experience 360 consultant (3 years) or Senior Delivery Consultant who wants to branch into a 360 role (slowly).
- You've been consistent in your billings
- You're in commutable distance to Cardiff as we will likely work together in Cardiff 2-3 days a week.
