London - Hybrid (1 day a week)
If you are tired of selling something that already exists, this role will feel different. This is a role for someone who prefers conversations over pitch decks. Someone who can sit with senior leaders, understand what is broken, and shape a solution rather than push a product. If your current role limits how much influence you have, this gives you more room.
Why you’ll love it here
- You are trusted to build your own approach and your own pipeline
- You work directly with C-level decision makers
- You sell ideas and outcomes, not off-the-shelf software
- You have real ownership of deals from first conversation to close
- Your impact is visible and tied directly to results
The Role
Day to day, you will be out in the market talking to operators, platforms, and B2B providers across iGaming, media, sports, and entertainment. You will lead senior conversations, uncover problems around trust, payments, fraud, identity, and compliance, and work with internal solution teams to shape bespoke, blockchain-driven solutions. There is no fixed product to fall back on. You help define what gets built, then take it back to the client and close the deal.
The Business
The business operates as a consulting-led technology partner. It works with regulated industries where trust, auditability, and compliance matter. The commercial team is small and senior, with each lead owning their vertical and working closely with pre-consulting and solution specialists. This role sits within that group and is expected to help define how the market is approached.
What you’ll need
- You’ve sold bespoke or evolving solutions (not off-the-shelf products), where deals started with discovery, problem diagnosis and solution design alongside the client.
- You’ve worked directly with iGaming operators or B2B providers and understand regulated environments such as MGA, UKGC or similar, including compliance-driven buying decisions.
- You regularly engage CEOs, COOs or Heads of Compliance/Payments/Product as economic buyers and are trusted to advise, not just pitch.
- You’ve launched new solutions, markets or verticals without a predefined product or GTM playbook, and taken ownership from first conversation to first revenue.
- You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity, taking full responsibility for outcomes, and acting as the commercial face of the business in front of senior clients.
If you want autonomy, accountability, and the chance to shape something rather than inherit it, this is worth a conversation.
