An evolving consultancy are shaping the next era of computing from cloud-native to fully agent-driven systems. They don’t just talk about AI disruption; they build it. They’re building agent-based systems using LLMs, Azure AI, and frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
They need an R&D Lead to be the hands-on maker driving this shift: prototyping, experimenting, and building the early architecture of agentic software. You’ll join as a team of one, embedded with senior architects, working directly with the CTO and leading proof-of-concept builds for early adopter clients. This is not for theorists. This is for builders, tinkerers, and creators who see agentic computing as the future and want to be part of defining it.
You’ll own a mix of research, prototyping, building demos, and shaping agent-first strategies, with the freedom to explore and push boundaries. They would rather you ask for forgiveness than permission. If you’re obsessed with LLMs, agent frameworks, and turning ideas into real systems, this is your sandbox. There’s room to run and a shot to permanently shape the R&D function.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Real-world experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
- Strong software engineering background (.NET/C# and Azure).
- A builder’s mindset - experimental, action-biased, and commercially aware.
There is also strong intention for this role to become permanent at the end of the 12 months. All applications will get a response.
