Location: Within 1 hour of Southampton, hybrid working

You’ll work across a bespoke no-code CMS to configure and refine interactive content flows that guide users through clinical and behavioural tools. From rebuilding app journeys to debugging content flow issues, this is a hands-on role for a creative problem-solver who loves structure, detail, and figuring out how things work. You’ll get to dive deep into content logic, improve UX at scale, and eventually grow into broader low-code platforms like Microsoft PowerApps - partnering closely with product, support, and design as the systems evolve.

Why you might be interested:

  • You’ll be the bridge between ideas and implementation, shaping how users engage with powerful behavioural science tools.
  • You’ll grow with the platform - what starts with no-code configuration could evolve into broader technical ownership.
  • You’ll join a small, high-trust team making a real difference across healthcare, education, and leadership development.
  • You’ll join a leadership platform that is redefining human performance. They blend behavioural science with compassion and tech to help people make better decisions and grow into more capable leaders.
  • They’ve built the platform, now they’re optimising every interaction and they’re hiring a hybrid content-technical specialist to shape the user experience from the inside out.

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

  • A knack for logical thinking and solving technical problems creatively.
  • Experience working with content management systems, no-code tools, or technical platforms.
  • Comfort collaborating across design, support, and development functions.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have played with low/no-code tools like PowerApps, Zapier, Airtable, or similar.
  • Enjoy working in environments where systems thinking meets real-world behaviour change.
  • Love structure and aren’t afraid to dig into flow diagrams and specs.

Visa sponsorship isn't offered with this position.
