- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage site resources effectively.
- Hands-on team leader with the ability to make timely and well-considered decisions in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
