Role Overview: Responsible for ZWSOFT subsidiary company CHAM UK company day‑to‑day finance, HR, office operations and Group reporting support of the UK company, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely handling of all related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Tax Administration: Handle daily finance operations including invoice processing, expense reimbursement, payment support, bank reconciliation, and document filing. Assist with UK tax, VAT, payroll, annual accounts, and audit‑related matters.
- HR Administration: Support daily HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll, attendance, leave, recruiting, and benefits administration in compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, coordinate meetings, manage suppliers, landlords, utilities, and ensure smooth daily office functioning. Maintain key company documents including finance, tax, and banking records.
- Group Reporting & Compliance: Provide timely updates to headquarters on finance, HR, tax, banking, and compliance matters. Assist with basic compliance tasks including Companies House, HMRC, and other regulatory filings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance administration, office management, HR administration, or company administration, preferably with finance experience.
- Familiar with UK finance, tax, HR, and office administration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Sage accounting software is preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
