We are a compact group with a high impact, cross-functional footprint where every member of the team is a leader and a champion for Design. Every designer at Zwift can shape the experience across our products and platforms. You'll design for a diverse global community—from first-time Zwifters to lifelong athletes—and collaborate with teammates across disciplines, levels, and locations. As a Graphic Designer for Product & Brand, you'll work alongside Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Content Managers, Industrial Designers, and fellow designers to take ambitious ideas from first sketch to start line. Together, we'll build and ship experiences that help people around the world get more active, more often.

What you'll do:

  • Create new visual identities for Marketing, Content and Product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Zwift UX/UI Designers to ensure Brand design excellence across Zwift digital platforms while contributing to the Zwift Brand Guidelines and Design System.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters as a creative unit to deliver cohesive Designs that integrate the Zwift Brand Voice.
  • Work in parallel with the Marketing, Content, and UI teams to ensure content designs are iterated in a collaborative process and delivered to spec.
  • Produce app imagery for promotional use, including in-game photography using proprietary capture tools.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a member of a Design or Brand team with projects demonstrating a commitment to well executed and forward thinking Design.
  • Proficient in standard Design applications, including but not limited to Photoshop (editing), Illustrator and InDesign (print & packaging), and Figma.
  • Organizational and planning skills - all Zwift Designers are expected to work strategically giving direction as well as contributing production assets and managing delivery of assets.
  • Ability to thrive in an iterative, collaborative design environment. You can manage nuanced and challenging feedback, provide proactive solutions, and lead by example by owning projects from start to finish.
  • A strong understanding of standard visual design principles and terms, including typography, hierarchy, and layout systems.
  • A strong grasp of - and desire to stay current on - industry best-practices. You are ready to learn and contribute to a maturing Design organization and iterative product.
  • Familiarity with email, app, and other CRM design standards.
  • You are always ready for a unique challenge and want to sweat the details - but you also have a deep passion for brand experience and being a creative thinker.

Bonus points:

  • Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport is a big plus; love for the Zwift mission is essential.
  • Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
  • Experience working with Design Systems (Components, Tokens, and Variables).
  • Experience with print design and industrial colors, materials, and finishes.
