About the role and about You:

At Zwift, we’re proud to offer innovative products that engage and excite our customers. To help us continue expanding our hardware, connectivity, and software ecosystem, we are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Product Manager for our Connected Products team. In this role, you will support and execute across the equipment, hardware, connectivity, and relevant software elements of all our core physical product initiatives. Success in this role means navigating defined product strategies, turning them into actionable requirements, and driving alignment across multi-disciplinary working groups. You will support a diverse roadmap across the product life cycle; spanning R&D, in-development, and post-launch products, such as Zwift Ride.

What you’ll do:

  • Support product definition in upstream development with feature briefs and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), drive constructive discussions to reach team alignment across functions in Connected Products.
  • Work closely with program management to deliver against our PDLC, partnering with Engineering, QA and Test to ensure quality of experience, obsess over customer impacting decisions and participate in prototype reviews, packaging reviews and supplier calls.
  • Conduct market, competitor and UX research to support the definition of new products or features, keep across the latest issues and feedback on our in-market products to contribute to future roadmap opportunities and inform decisions on products in development.
  • Partner with Marketing, E-comm and Creative teams to review Quick Start Guides (QSGs), website copy, and video scripts (e.g., "how-to" videos) to guarantee accuracy across marketing and e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Act as the product point of contact for the physical out of box experience including packaging experience, artwork reviews and user manuals, ensuring final sign off and product accuracy is achieved.
  • Collaborate and work closely day to day with data engineering and finance to ensure data tracking requirements (product analytics) are set up prior to launch, participate in cost analysis reviews, and post-launch analysis.

What we’re looking for:

  • Approximately 5 years of product management or product development experience, with exposure to consumer electronics, connected fitness, smart accessories, or software built for bespoke hardware.
  • Strong execution capabilities, with a proven track record of handling straightforward product development scenarios, prioritising tasks, and creating clear, concise documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive feature discussions among cross-functional stakeholders and reactively resolve alignment conflicts with guidance.
  • Good technical understanding of how physical and connected products are made.
  • An analytical and collaborative mindset, comfortable working through development bottlenecks with engineers, reviewing margin analysis with finance, or tracking competitor/market trends.
  • Hybrid role, based in our office in London Bridge for 3-4 days per week, opportunity to travel.

Bonus points:

  • Interest in cycling, running, or general fitness.
  • Experience with manufacturing.
