About the role and about You:
Are you an enthusiastic CRM marketer with a passion for engaging customers and driving retention? At Zwift, we’re looking for a detail-oriented team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. In this role, you’ll help execute multi-channel CRM campaigns that support our game launches, software product initiatives, and subscription services. You’ll contribute to our mobile messaging programs, supporting the execution of campaign playbooks, automations and user journeys that enhance the customer lifecycle.
As part of the team, you’ll support segmentation, personalization, and testing to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective. You’ll also help bring Zwift’s products and subscriptions to life for our customers, empowering them to fully embrace and delight in their fitness journey with us.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute CRM campaigns that achieve business goals.
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app and embedded messaging, and app inboxes.
- Contribute to the development of lifecycle journeys by helping to set up automations and maintain evergreen campaigns.
- Assist with audience segmentation and personalization, using testing and experimentation to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign performance, summarize insights, and share recommendations with the team.
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to ensure accurate campaign reporting and tracking.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, including hands-on campaign execution.
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies for conversion, re-engagement, and retention.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience building and deploying CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and more.
- Ability to analyze campaign results, run A/B tests, and communicate insights clearly.
- Working knowledge of CRM best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, compliance, and creative approaches.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across Marketing and Product teams.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS sufficient to read and interpret code.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience.
Bonus points:
- Experience working on Software/Games as a service or other live service digital products.
- Knowledge of subscription models and lifecycle best practices.
- Familiarity with Iterable, Digioh, and Litmus.

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:
The base salary for this position ranges between $56,500 to $88,500.00. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual\'s job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
