Our expertise spans static and dynamic testing, including fatigue testing systems and hardness testing systems. These solutions are utilized across more than 20 industries for research product line value propositions and sales support programs and documents.
Function as the “go to expert” for product selection and applications expertise. Attend UK trade shows and industry specific seminars potentially across Europe if required. Develop marketing strategy with the marketing department. Research and analyse new business opportunities and applications in existing customers and the medical market as a whole. Work with medical specialists at our head office in Germany. Frequent travel and overnight stays will be required to manage the area effectively. Software demonstrations both onsite and at our Xperience centre in Worcester. Attending internal training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably medical or engineering
- Must have sold into the medical or pharmaceutical market
- Capital equipment or device sales experience with established networks
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferably)
- Consultative sales approach
- Ability to present company and technical presentations
This is a tremendous opportunity for a candidate to inherit an established area with excellent potential for future new and existing business. This is a key area for our UK future business expansion plans. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work unsupervised and will need to be flexible. The candidate will report directly to the UK Sales Manager. Following extensive product training in the UK and Germany, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales of all ZwickRoell Group testing products and be accountable for the success of all sales opportunities with main focus on supporting the area.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission on sales. The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle/car allowance, company credit card, laptop, iPhone, pension (after 3 months) and the usual out-of-pocket expenses. 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
