We are excited to meet our next team member and make them part of the ZW family. Role Description This is a Part-time/ full time on-site role for a Podiatrist located in Kirkby Lonsdale. The Podiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to the feet and lower limbs. Daily tasks include patient consultations, general care, performing minor surgical procedures such as nail surgery, prescribing orthoses, rehab plans, referring for imaging/ further investigations, managing diabetic foot care, and educating patients about preventative care. The Podiatrist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications – An Undergraduate degree in Podiatry and preferably an MSc in a related subject (Podiatric Surgery, Podiatric Sports Medicine, Biomechanics, MSK) – Knowledge of Biomechanics and ability to prescribe orthoses, rehab plans, refer for further investigation, triage skillset for onward referral where required – Experience in managing Diabetes-related foot conditions – Excellent patient care and communication skills – Open mindset to learn new skills, gain new qualifications and grow as a clincian alongside a like minded team – Strong organizational and time management abilities – Registered with the HCPC and a member of The Royal College of Podiatry – Experience in a range of clinical setting s is preferred (Physiotherapy, Podiatric Surgery, MSK Podiatry, Research etc) Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Part-time Job function Job function Health Care Provider Get notified when a new job is posted.
