As a Production Technician, you play a vital role in manufacturing compounded medicines that patients depend on every day.
Working in our state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom, you support the preparation, manufacture and inspection of life‑saving medicines while developing valuable skills in aseptic production.
Based at our Stockport site, you will work a rotating shift pattern: 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 (Twilight Shift), Monday to Friday, with weekends free.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, compound and manufacture products according to approved procedures and quality standards.
- Support aseptic manufacturing activities within a cleanroom environment.
- Label products accurately and ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Dispense, prepare and sanitise raw materials for production.
- Perform equipment set‑up, checks, testing and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor production areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
- Support environmental and facility monitoring programmes.
- Manage inventory within isolators and production areas.
- Validate aseptic techniques and maintain strict adherence to GMP principles.
- Identify, report and help resolve production deviations and non‑conformances.
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring uncompromising quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and performance.
- Ensure medicines are manufactured and released within agreed turnaround times.
