Our TPN department in Thetford is recruiting for Production Technicians to join our fast-paced team. You will be manufacturing life-saving nutrition products that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world. Working in a cleanroom environment in specialised personal protective equipment, you will use specialised computers and manually manufacture the nutrition products. Therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE.

What We Offer
- Starting Salary: £27,000
- Shift Allowance: £45.35 per week
- Hours: Mon–Fri rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00)

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs
- Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications
- Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques
- Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards
- Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning
- Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns
What skills do you need?
- GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries) is desired but not essential
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills; ability to work closely with quality and training teams
- Values: A strong sense of compassion; understanding products go directly to vulnerable patients
