Summary

Baxter Compounding in Oxford is looking for Production Technicians in our TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) department.

The role is full‑time, permanent, and primarily based in the TPN unit with occasional rotation to grade D compounding, assembly, and labeling areas.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm with occasional cover on 7am‑3pm and 10am‑6pm shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble raw materials and ingredients for compounding sterile products.
  • Manufacture life‑saving products in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in the preparation of sterile products, including labeling, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Replenish stock and rotate inventory.
  • Perform visual inspection of finished products.
  • Ensure high quality of service to the customer and adhere to Health and Safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Perform and record cleaning for equipment, work areas, and supplies as defined in the relevant SOPs and GMP principles.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate stocks of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent, including English & Mathematics.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
