Join Our Team as a Production Technician – Night Shift!
Are you a night owl with a passion for precision? Step into a rewarding role as a Production Technician, where your expertise will help us create life-changing products that make a difference! We’re looking for you to help us prepare, manufacture, and inspect compounding medicine. We support all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, environmental monitoring, and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements. The role will be working on a 10pm till 6am shift pattern, starting on Sunday at 10pm and finishing on a Friday at 6am. During the initial 12 week training period you will be required to work on our day shift.

What You’ll Do:
- Label all product types
- Perform equipment checks.
- Manufacture all product types.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Control isolator inventory.
- Meet turnaround times.
- Sanitise equipment and components following SOPs.
- Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing.
- Select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials.
- Report sanitisation deviations.
- Facility Monitoring.
- Clean and maintain all areas.
What You’ll Have:
- GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics.
- Previous experience in a GMP environment would be beneficial.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing and retail/hospitality.
- Ability to work with computers is required.
- Good oral/written communication.
- High attention to detail is required to succeed in the role.
