Baxter is seeking a Customer Disputes Coordinator for our National Distribution Site in Northampton. You will manage customer queries and disputes, ensuring timely resolutions within SLA, and collaborate with Pricing, Operations, and Transport teams.
The role begins at our Northampton site and will move to a new CEVA Logistics facility in Rockingham Park, Corby in 2027. Hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
