As we continue scaling across multiple markets, we are looking for a Country Manager who will take full ownership of the UK business operations and growth. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, market expansion, partnerships, and execution across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the overall business performance for the United Kingdom market
  • Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and market expansion
  • Develop and execute regional business strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, retail chains, hobby stores, and key partners
  • Take full ownership of regional KPIs, targets, and business results
