As we continue scaling across multiple markets, we are looking for a Country Manager who will take full ownership of the UK business operations and growth. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, market expansion, partnerships, and execution across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the overall business performance for the United Kingdom market
- Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and market expansion
- Develop and execute regional business strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retail chains, hobby stores, and key partners
